Mera Pyara is Pakistan’s largest 24/7 child safety and protection center, operating nationwide under the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA). The platform is dedicated to reuniting lost and found children with their families and protecting vulnerable individuals from all forms of abuse, exploitation and violence. Mera Pyara also facilitates the reunification of missing senior citizens and persons with disabilities, ensuring that every vulnerable individual receives the support and protection they deserve.
Through a centralized national support system, Mera Pyara handles cases from across Pakistan, including missing children, child abuse, child harassment, kidnapping, rape, sodomy, digital exploitation, cyber abuse, domestic violence and other child protection concerns. Citizens can report emergencies and seek assistance 24/7 through Police Helpline 15, WhatsApp 0309-0000015, the official Mera Pyara website and the PSCA Public Safety App.
Mera Pyara maintains strong collaborations with Child Protection & Welfare Bureau (CPWB), Edhi Centers, orphanages, CPLC, mental health institutions, welfare organizations and law enforcement agencies throughout Pakistan. Its network includes Punjab Police, Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP), National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), Railway Police and other public safety partners.
The platform publicly shares information about lost and found children through the official Mera Pyara website and the PSCA Public Safety App to maximize recovery and family reunification efforts. By combining technology, inter-agency coordination and community engagement, Mera Pyara has become one of Pakistan’s most trusted child protection initiatives.
Recognized globally for its impact, Mera Pyara was selected among the Top 5 WSIS Champion Projects 2026 in the E-Government category, highlighting Pakistan’s leadership in using technology for child safety, family reunification and public protection services.
