Khubaib Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 1999 by Chairman Nadeem Ahmed Khan under the Trust Act of 1882. In line with the Government of Pakistan’s policy, it was re-registered in 2024 with the SECP under the Companies Act 2017. Named after Hazrat Khubaib Bin Adhi (RA), the foundation operates nationwide under a valid MOU with the Economic Affairs Division. It holds a high rating from PCP, tax exemption under Section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, consultative status with UNECOSOC, membership in UNIW, and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The foundation serves humanity without discrimination, focusing on orphan care and education. It runs orphanages, educational institutions, medical and nursing institutes, and vocational centers across Pakistan. Its mission is to develop well-rounded individuals through spiritual, academic, and physical education. Guided by values of excellence, commitment, teamwork, and transparency, the foundation is governed by a dedicated board of directors.
